The reverse face of the stone has detailed histories of each ship. On the front face of the stone, the badges of HMS Repulse, the Royal Navy, the Royal Marines and HMS Prince of Wales are engraved above a commemoration and depictions of the battleships. Description Free standing rectangular stone of polished black granite set on a two-stepped base, the first step being of grey stone (possibly marble), the second being of black granite.
